THE INSULATION PACKAGE***

Increasing attic insulation is the first step toward energy efficiency and a more comfortable home. High performance insulation increases the thermal barrier of your home’s attic and helps retain conditioned air more effectively. Increased insulation also saves you money by reducing heating and cooling equipment runtime. Installations by our SES experts are non-invasive and the insulation is formaldehyde-free to maintain safe indoor air quality.

• Johns Manville Climate Pro® blown-in fiberglass insulation
  - Formaldehyde-free, no mess, Indoor Air Quality safe
• Polyvent Plus® vent baffles
  - Weatherproof and durable, maintains proper attic ventilation

THE AIR SEALING PACKAGE***

Attic air sealing is an extremely effective way to increase energy savings as well as comfort in your home. Our air sealing package helps reduce outside air from leaking into your living space through attic hatches, interior walls, recessed lights and plumbing and wiring penetrations. This package also prevents conditioned air from escaping from your home. Our experienced installers use high performance foam sealant that reduces air, sound, dirt, and moisture infiltration and is entirely indoor air quality safe.

• Hilti Firestop foam sealant
  - Flame retardant, no CFCs
• Dow recessed light covers (includes up to 5)
  - Air tight and heat resistant
• Attic Tent or attic hatch upgrade
  - Air and thermal barrier, easy attic access

THE SMART INVESTMENT PACKAGE***

The most effective option to increase your energy savings and create a more comfortable home is to combine our Attic Insulation and Attic Air Sealing packages. Your home will benefit from an enhanced thermal barrier against outside air temperatures and conditioned air will be prevented from escaping. That means your heating and air conditioning will not have to work as hard or as long to keep your home at a comfortable temperature, which will save you money on utility bills.

ADDITIONAL SOLUTIONS

Standard Energy Solutions insulation and air sealing packages are custom fitted to your home. SES provides insulation options for homes that have finished living space adjoined to the attic, and air sealing options to reduce air leakage, moisture, mold build-up, and odors around your foundation. MECHANICAL OPTIONS

Upgrading your heating and cooling equipment can also increase your home’s comfort and energy savings.
