The SES Energy Retrofit Proposal

Following your audit, SES will prepare a detailed proposal outlining areas of your home that would most benefit from retrofit upgrades and offer SES packages to fix those areas. The proposal outlines the scope of work that will be completed, a comprehensive description of the upgrades, investment overview and the anticipated savings you can expect after your SES retrofit. Our team is available to explain this document and answer any questions you may have to ensure you are comfortable with all the proposed upgrades to your home.

SES Energy Upgrade Management and Installation

When you are ready for your retrofit, SES will organize all the projects around your schedule and will oversee the entire installation process for your efficiency upgrades, from negotiating the best pricing from our approved contractors to scheduling the work and monitoring all on-site activities. We aim to complete all retrofit work in one day. Our SES experts do all the upgrade management work so you do not have to.

The SES Post-Installation Retrofit Test Out

Upon completion of your retrofit, your SES expert will perform a post-installation audit to verify that the retrofits are increasing the efficiency of the home, reducing energy consumption and utility bills.

Incentive and Financing Options

If there are available incentives for your energy audit and retrofit upgrades, the SES team can assist with completing the necessary paperwork for any federal, state, utility or local incentives.
