Welcome to the web site dedicated to helping Marylanders assess whether solar electric systems make sense for their homes. With an expanded Federal Investment Tax Credit, revamping of the Maryland Solar Grant program and a growing number of Maryland counties offering additional local incentives, the Free State now ranks in the upper tier nationally among states offering incentives that make it easier to invest in solar electric systems.
